5th state of matter?!

was looking for the actual reasons that there can only be a certian amount of electrons in an atom "shell," came across a set of online quizes, and found out that a NEW type of matter has been created: ermionic condensate. Sure enough i looked it up, and here it is: http://physicsweb.org/articles/news/8/1/14/1 why did no-one tell me about this?! they just go around creating new states of matter? can i make one? please? i dont really get how they did it, i havent read the whole thing yet, but its soooo weird... confuzzled confuzzled.
